Web & mobile application to help all administrations as city council, school,…to communicate between employees and members to organize events, book rooms for the events: calendar, e-commerce services, messaging, community, profil, localisation, and proposed forms and documents, and more…
An existing application was already online. I need it to turn it user’s friendly, bring usability. To make it usable by different types of users.
The architecture was really complex too, with a lot of unnecessary redundancies. It was almost impossible to find the right service, the right information, the right form,.. it was a nice exercise to simplify the flow and think about a logic & natural architecture.
Collecting insights from stakeholder, and from the team who previously worked on the project.
Giving functional recommandations.
Creating and optimizing the different features flows, by classifying the information and simplifying the existing design, to introduce usability, in order to minimize the unnecessary interfaces, and enhance the user’s journey.
Ergonomics and interactions researches .

Methodology
Hand sketching feature by feature
Testing each feature one by one, determining the usability of each, by analyzing the existing app and its complexity to create simple and intuitive features, understandable by all the different users. Hand sketching to base the concept and think about the flow.
That is why some particular interface in order to confirm a choice such as remove, are put forward.
The complexity with this feature was to be make it more simple. On the user side, it should be possible to add an event and manage it, add pictures and localisation, it should have also a calendar. On the admin side it should be possible to edit an event and manage who will be able to see it or not.
The administrator and members can arrange a sale and present products uploading photos.
Several fields are needed, such as size, color and product characteristics among others …
Payment
The shopping tunnel has been designed to reassure users because this service is used by people who are not used to shopping online.
