Full concept & creation
The full project bring together the creation of a mobile application, and the conception of several personalized dashboards adapted to the different stakeholders.
The opening of the API’s offers the possibilities to propose useful services to users in order to facilitate them purchase and also propose the better related services.
Several types of services should be reachable with this app as buying a car, determining the right leasing, finding the perfect insurance company, signing the contract online, scheduling an pick up appointment and more…
My role was to meet the different stakeholders to merge them needs, to draw the specifications charts (functional & technical), also to have close communication with the technical team.
I led the creation, the design, and i also actively participated giving input concerning the different necessary features, the users needs and understanding.
Target the users (analyze, interviews & personas).
Create the user’s journey (clients & stakeholders).
Give functional recommendations & develop the different features (wireframes and prototypes) to be tested.

Flow, ergonomics & wire framing
Several features needed for this app. I worked features by feature flow by flow, creating the architecture before the design in order to get the most logical and intuitive flow, based on existing patterns and known mental schemas.
